This lovely 3 bedroom townhouse is situated in a quiet location. It is one of 14 houses on a small exclusive condominium with a large pool.
The house comfortably sleeps 6 adults. There are 2 doubles bedrooms (1 ensuite) and 1 twin. The doubles share a good sized balcony with sea and countryside views. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor. All rooms are spacious and bright and have been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans throughout.
It is located close to Balaia Golf Course (a few minutes drive) and also within a short drive are some fantastic beaches – Olhos da Àgua, Sta. Eulalia and Falesia.
Restaurants, bars and shops are within easy reach at Albufeira and Olhos da Água. In addition Vilamoura is only 15 minutes in the car.

On your day of arrival, your accommodation will be ready from 3.00 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.
For the comfort of all our guests, we request no smoking in the villa.
Location
From Faro Airport, it is approximately a 40 minute drive.
Take a short drive and you will come to some lovely beaches – Sta. Eulalia, Olhos da Àgua and the long sandy beach, backed by high cliffs at Falesia. Albufeira itself is less than 5 minutes in the car. Here the coastline continues with never ending beautiful beaches.
There is a huge selection of bars, restaurants and shops in Albufeira with something to suit all tastes. The “Strip” side of Albufeira is about a 15 minute walk.
Olhos da Àgua is a small bustling fishing village, again with a good choice of restaurants and bars.
There are golf courses nearby – Balaia is 1km, Pinecliffs is a short drive and the award winning courses of Vilamoura are only 15 minutes.
For those of you who enjoy activities, there is a variety to choose from - tennis courts at Quinta da Balaia; horse riding at Vale Navio and of course all the water sports on offer at the beaches.
Many of the Algarve’s attractions are within easy reach – Zoomarine, where you can swim with the dolphins, Water parks, Krazyworld, numerous excursions, safari trips, diving, horse riding, tennis, go-karting and more.
Car hire is highly recommended for this location.

A refundable damage
