This spectacular luxury villa overlooking the new Marina and the sea is a perfect setting for a holiday in the Algarve.

It has 4 large bedrooms – 3 doubles and 1 twin all with balconies and great views. The spacious living and dining areas are split level with patio windows leading out onto a big terrace and the pool area.

The terrace itself is a wonderful place to sit almost any time of the day to soak up the sun, look out to sea or to watch the Algarve’s amazing sunsets.

It is a nice quiet location, within walking distance of the Marina and the bustling Old Town.

		•	Lounge / Diner The spacious lounge has patio doors on 2 sides and has lovely south westerly views. Satellite TV and stereo system. Wood burning stove. Split level dining area seating eight with patio doors.
		•	Large Kitchen The kitchen has all facilities you could need including dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob. Doors opening out onto side covered terrace. Separate Utility Room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
		•	4 Large Bedrooms/3 Bathrooms 3 Doubles and 1 Twin. All have air con and lots of wardrobe space. The first double bedroom is on the ground floor and opens out on to a south east facing terrace. It has a bathroom immediately outside with bath/shower, wc, bidet, sink and heated towel rail. The second double bedroom (main) is on the first floor with a west facing terrace with sea and mountain views. There is a TV. It has a large ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath/shower, separate walk in shower, double basins, bidet, wc and heated towel rail. The third double bedroom is on the second floor and has a south facing terrace. The twin bedroom is on the second floor with a south facing terrace. Both bedrooms on the second floor share a large bathroom with bath/shower, double sink, bidet and wc.
		•	Outside Area Private pool (12m x 6m) which faces towards the sea. Large terrace with open and covered areas and lovely outlook. Outside shower. Barbecue area and outside sink. Terraced garden areas with a mixture of grass and rockery sections. Sunbeds. Patio furniture. Plenty of parking space in driveway. Security gates.
		•	General Info Air-conditioning and heating in all bedrooms. Maid service is once a week. Linen and towels are provided and are changed on a weekly basis. Guests are asked to bring their own beach/pool towels. A more frequent maid service can be provided if required at an additional cost. Change over day is flexible – please enquire. On your day of arrival, your accommodation will be ready from 3.30 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am. The villa is available for rent to non-smokers only.

Location

From Faro Airport, it is approximately a 40 minute drive.

Within a 5 minute drive there are some absolutely wonderful beaches. The beach at Albufeira itself and São Rafael are the closest. Others within a short drive include Coelha, Castelo, Evaristo and Lourenço, all picturesque sandy coves. Just beyond this you arrive at Galé, a wonderful long flat expanse of sand safe for children and a great place to watch the breathtaking Algarvean sunsets. There are a variety of water spots on offer at Albufeira and Galé.

Within a 5-10 minute walk there is a local supermarket where you can buy most things for your everyday needs and a local friendly bar which offers live music on certain nights of the week.

If you don’t fancy driving at night then you can either walk into the Marina where there are a few restaurants and bars (more and more are being opened as time goes on), and in the opposite direction you will find the Old Town where you are spoilt for choice for places to eat and drink.

Golf courses are plentiful along the Algarve, the nearest being Salgados, which is a 5 minute drive. The 2 new courses at Alcantarilha “Faldo Amendoeira” designed by Nick Faldo and “O’Connor Amendoeira” are about a 15 minute drive as are the 9 hole courses at Balaia and Pinecliffs. Others, such as the 5 award winning courses at Vilamoura and in the opposite direction Vale de Milho, Gramacho and Pinta (near Carvoeiro) are no more than a 30 minute drive.

Many of the Algarve’s attractions are within easy reach – Zoomarine, where you can swim with the dolphins, Water parks such as AquaLand and Slide and Splash, Krazyworld, numerous excursions, safari trips, diving, horseriding, tennis and more.

Car hire is not strictly necessary for your stay at this Villa although it is recommended to make the most of your holiday in the Algarve.
