This spectacular luxury villa overlooking
the new Marina and the sea is a perfect setting for a holiday
in the Algarve.
It has 4 large bedrooms – 3 doubles
and 1 twin all with balconies and great views. The spacious
living and dining areas are split level with patio windows
leading out onto a big terrace and the pool area.
The terrace itself is a wonderful place
to sit almost any time of the day to soak up the sun, look
out to sea or to watch the Algarve’s amazing sunsets.
It is a nice quiet location, within
walking distance of the Marina and the bustling Old Town.

wardrobe space.
The first double bedroom is on the ground floor and
opens out on to a south east facing terrace. It has
a bathroom immediately outside with bath/shower, wc,
bidet, sink and heated towel rail.
The second double bedroom (main) is on the first floor
with a west facing terrace with sea and mountain views.
There is a TV. It has a large ensuite bathroom with
a Jacuzzi bath/shower, separate walk in shower, double
basins, bidet, wc and heated towel rail.
The third double bedroom is on the second floor and
has a south facing terrace.
The twin bedroom is on the second floor with a south
facing terrace.
Both bedrooms on the second floor share a large bathroom
with bath/shower, double sink, bidet and wc.

General Info
Air-conditioning and heating in all bedrooms.
Maid service is once a week. Linen and towels are provided
and are changed on a weekly basis. Guests are asked
to bring their own beach/pool towels. A more frequent
maid service can be provided if required at an additional
cost.
Change over day is flexible – please enquire.
On your day of arrival, your accommodation will be
ready from 3.30 pm.
On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.
This is a non-smoking villa and if guests smoke they are requested to do so outside.
Location
From Faro Airport, it is approximately
a 40 minute drive.
Within a 5 minute drive there are some
absolutely wonderful beaches. The beach at Albufeira itself
and São Rafael are the closest. Others within a short
drive include Coelha, Castelo, Evaristo and Lourenço,
all picturesque sandy coves. Just beyond this you arrive at
Galé, a wonderful long flat expanse of sand safe for
children and a great place to watch the breathtaking Algarvean
sunsets. There are a variety of water sports on offer at Albufeira
and Galé.
Within a 5-10 minute walk there is a local
supermarket where you can buy most things for your everyday
needs and a local friendly bar which offers live music on
certain nights of the week.
If you don’t fancy driving at night
then you can either walk into the Marina where there are a
few restaurants and bars, and in the opposite direction you will find
the Old Town where you are spoilt for choice for places to
eat and drink.
The Algarve is a great place for outdoor activities and many of these are within easy reach including water borne sports such as dolphin watching, sailing trips and deep sea fishing which can be picked up at the Marina, horse riding at Vale Navio (Albufeira) or at Quinta da Bica (about 20 a minute drive), tennis at Quinta da Balaia, Balaia Golf or Herdade dos Salgados, Diving, Cycling (if you want to hire bikes we can organise for these to be delivered to the villa), Bird Watching, Walking along the beautiful coastline or organised walking groups, quad biking, safaris and more. The list is endless.
Water parks are very popular and the main ones are within a 15-30 minute drive including Zoomarine (where you can swim with the dolphins), Aqualand (the largest park), Slide and Splash and Aquashow. Krazyworld which is a small zoo / theme park is also within the area.
Car hire is not strictly necessary for your stay at this Villa although it is recommended to make the most of your holiday in the Algarve.

Upon booking, a non-refundable
25% deposit is required. The balance is due 6 weeks prior
to the commencement of your holiday.
A refundable damage
deposit of £400 is required and this is payable when
the balance of your payment is made. This will be returned
to you within 2 weeks of your departure, if no damage occurs.
