This lovely 2 bedroom townhouse is in a great location. It is one of 12 houses on a small exclusive condominium built around a large pool and nicely landscaped garden. Each property has private parking.

It offers wonderful sea and mountain views.

The accommodation is bright and tastefully furnished. The lounge and bedrooms all face West and each open out onto a terrace or balcony overlooking the pool and garden towards the sea.  The 1st floor terrace is a great place to sit with an evening cocktail and watch the amazing sunsets.

It is close to some of the best beaches on this part of the Algarve coast. There are several good restaurants and a few bars within an easy walk of the property. It is ideally located for those who want peace and quiet, but be relatively near to all amenities.

Maid service is once a week. Linen and towels are provided, although guests are asked to bring their own beach/pool towels. Towels and linen are changed once a week.

Change over day is flexible – please enquire.

On your day of arrival, your accommodation will be ready from 3.00 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.

For the comfort of all our guests, we request no smoking in the villa.

Location

From Faro Airport, it is approximately 40km, a 40 minute drive.

In the immediate area, there are 7 beaches. Castelo and Evaristo are the nearest, being approximately a 10 minute walk. Lourenço is about 15 minutes. Gale, a beautiful long sandy beach stretching a few kilometres is about 20 minutes, or just a few minutes by car - this is a fantastic spot to watch the breathtaking sunsets. Coelha and the two beaches at São Rafael are also a few minutes in the car. There are also many small coves scattered along this part of the coast, some only accessible on foot.

Within easy walking distance there is a plentiful choice of good restaurants and bars.

About 5-10 minutes by car is the lively Old Town of Albufeira where there are numerous restaurants and bars, live music, shops, banks, post offices, tourist information and most things you need for your holiday in the sun. On the way you will come across Albufeira's colourful new marina. It is still evolving but it already offers a relaxing atmosphere with bars, restaurants and shops and entertainment during the summer months. Here you can also pick up many water borne activities such as boat trips, fishing, dolphin watching and jet ski hire.

Golf courses are plentiful along the Algarve, the nearest being Salgados, which is a 5 minute drive. The 2 new courses at Alcantarilha “Faldo Amendoeira” designed by Nick Faldo and “O’Connor Amendoeira” are about a 15 minute drive as are the 9 hole courses at Balaia and Pinecliffs. Others, such as the 5 award winning courses at Vilamoura and in the opposite direction Vale de Milho, Gramacho and Pinta (near Carvoeiro) are no more than a 30 minute drive.

Many of the Algarve’s attractions are within easy reach – Zoomarine, where you can swim with the dolphins, Water parks, Krazyworld, numerous excursions, safari trips, diving, horse riding, tennis, go-karting and more.

Car hire is not strictly necessary for your stay at this villa, but to make the most of your holiday in the Algarve we would recommend it for at least part of your time.

We can arrange personal airport transfers to the villa and have a car delivered to you there should you wish.

Upon booking, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required and this is payable when the balance of your payment is made. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure, if no damage occurs.
