Casa Rada is a beautiful villa set in a countryside location approximately 10 minutes drive from Vilamoura.
It has been tastefully decorated and furnished and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for that perfect holiday in the Algarve - at any time of the year.
From the moment you enter the front door into the bright hallway with its spiral stone staircase and cupola ceiling, you are aware of the space and elegance that this villa offers.
The lounge/dining room is comfortable and well planned, with excellent furnishings throughout. On either side of the room there are double sliding doors leading out onto the patio, pool and garden. Each window has mesh fly screens.
There are three bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities on the first floor and a further bedroom on the ground floor served by the main bathroom.
The kitchen is also exceptionally well planned with granite worktops and beechwood fitted units.
The property is surrounded by a well kept walled and fenced garden with electric security gates to the front drive.
There is enough lawn for the children to play safely and plenty of room for sun loungers.
It is an ideal property for families, golfers or groups of couples who want to be a bit away from it all, but close enough to a major resort to take advantage of all the facilities on offer.

On your day of arrival, your accommodation will be ready from 3.30 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.
Location
From Faro airport, it is approximately a 25 minute drive.
The villa is situated in a quiet country lane between Boliquieme and Vilamoura near a village called Benfarras. Car hire is essential here.
Vilamoura, famous for its marina and five award winning golf courses, and the long beautiful beach of Falesia, backed by red sandstone cliffs, are both around a 10 minute drive. Other beaches are within easy reach.
Boliquieme village is nearby where you will find some restaurants, bars and a few local shops. In the surrounding countryside there are some good traditional Portuguese restaurants.

Upon booking, a non-refundable
30% deposit is required. The balance is due 8 weeks prior
to the commencement of your holiday.
A refundable damage
deposit of £200 is required and this is payable when
the balance of your payment is made. This will be returned
to you within 2 weeks of your departure, if no damage occurs.
