This unique property taking the form of a large bungalow has a huge open plan living and dining area with vaulted, caned ceilings and windows in the eaves creating a lovely ambience with lots of space and light. There are patio doors at either end opening on one side to a shaded terrace, and on the other to the south facing pool area. The villa has been completely refurbished this year with a new kitchen and bathrooms and newly laid floors.
The whole of the villa is surrounded by a large, well kept garden which is walled and fenced giving privacy and security. It has a large pool in a south facing position directly in front of the lounge. There are both shaded and open terraces perfect for al fresco dining, enjoying a drink by the pool or simply reading a good book in beautiful surroundings.
It is close to the centre of Guia (5 minutes on foot) with its abundance of excellent restaurants and relaxing atmosphere. Some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches are less than a 10 minute drive.
It is a perfect location for a peaceful family holiday, for mixed groups who want to laze by the pool, go to the beach or explore during the day and then to have an easy walk in the evening to sample the local cuisine. It is also a good central position for golfers with a choice of many golf courses within a 10-30 minute drive. It is only a short drive to all that the Algarve has to offer from miles and miles of sandy beaches and coves, water parks and shops to its busy and bustling nightlife.

Maid service is once a week. Linen and towels are provided which are changed once a week. Guests are asked to bring their own beach/pool towels.
A more frequent maid service can be provided at an additional cost if required.
Change over day is flexible.
On your day of arrival, your accommodation will be ready from 3.30 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.
For the comfort of all our guests, we request no smoking in the villa.
Location
From Faro Airport, it is approximately a 35 minute drive.
It is located in a quiet area within easy reach of all amenities. The small village of Guia is less than a 10 minute walk. Here you will find local shops - newsagent, pharmacy, supermarket, butcher, a local market, post office, bank and countless good restaurants from which to choose.
Many beautiful beaches such as Galé and Armação da Pera are within a 5-10 minute drive.
For the children (and adults!) water parks are close by – Zoomarine where you can swim with the Dolphins and Aqualand are just 5-10 minutes drive. Slide and Splash and Aqua Show are within 20 minutes.
Guia is located between Albufeira and Armação da Pera, both busy, bustling resorts with lots of character, a huge choice of restaurants and bars and both with beautiful, long sandy beaches.
For the shoppers in your group, “Algarve Shopping” and the retail park are only a few minutes drive, where you will find large supermarkets, designer shops, gift shops, a Nike outlet, a sports store and more. In addition there is an 8 screen cinema, which shows all the recent films and all in English, a bowling alley and food hall.
For the golfers the 18 hole links course at Salgados and the two new courses at Alcantarilha (Faldo and O’Connor) are the nearest courses, at less than 10 minutes. Many others are within a 20-30 minute drive.
Other activities such as horse riding, tennis, diving, water sports, fishing are all within easy reach.
Car hire is recommended for this location. Restaurants are within walking distance, but the beach is driving distance. In addition, there is so much to see and do in the Algarve that we always recommend car hire to make the most of your holiday - it is a shame to miss out.

Upon booking, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required and this is payable when the balance of your payment is made. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure, if no damage occurs.
