This is a beautiful, luxury villa located close to Galé beach, just outside of Albufeira. It has been furnished and decorated with impeccable taste. It sits in its own private grounds with a fabulous pool, terrace and covered barbecue area, ideal for the wonderful outdoor living that we enjoy in the Algarve for many months of the year.
The accommodation whilst very spacious still gives a very homely feel. There are 5 large bedrooms, 4 of which have balconies and have ensuite facilities. 2 are on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. Air con and heating are provided throughout. There are 2 sitting rooms, one with a huge flat screen TV and the other for simple quiet relaxation. The kitchen is large, modern and fully equipped and there is a separate laundry room.
A full satellite TV package is installed, including sports and movies. Wireless internet is also available.
It is located in a quiet area close to many beautiful sandy beaches. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance. Taxis are available nearby, as well as a bus stop for the buses to Albufeira, other beaches and the marina.
It is a truly wonderful villa in a fantastic location and has everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. It has the advantage of being tucked away giving peace and privacy, but also within walking distance of beaches and restaurants, and within a short taxi ride of Albufeira itself if you want something more lively as and when the mood takes you.

General Info
Maid service is twice a week. Linen and towels are provided, although guests are asked to bring their own beach/pool towels. Towels are changed twice a week, and linen weekly.
Change over day is flexible.
On your day of arrival, your accommodation will be ready from 3.30 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.
For the comfort of all our guests, we request no smoking in the villa.
Location
From Faro Airport, it is approximately a 40 minute drive.
In the immediate area, there are about 7 beaches. Lourenço and Galé Beaches are the nearest, being approximately a 5 minute walk. Galé is a beautiful long sandy beach stretching a few kilometres and good for swimming – also a fantastic spot to watch the breathtaking sunsets. Lourenço is a big cove with rock pools and rocks to climb over – a favourite with the kids. Others which are a few minutes in the car include Castelo, Evaristo, Coelho and São Rafael. There are also small coves scattered along this part of the coast, some accessible only on foot.
Within easy walking distance there is a choice of good restaurants and bars.
Just 5-10 minutes by car is the new Marina and Albufeira Old Town.
Golf courses are plentiful along the Algarve, the nearest being Salgados, which is a very short drive. The new course “Amendoeira” designed by Nick Faldo is about a 15 minute drive and the 9 hole courses at Balaia and Pinecliffs are also about 15 minutes. Others, such as the 5 award winning courses at Vilamoura and in the opposite direction Vale de Milho and Gramacho (near Carvoeiro) are no more than a 30 minute drive.
Many of the Algarve’s attractions are within easy reach – Zoomarine, where you can swim with the dolphins, Water parks such as AquaLand and Slide and Splash, Krazyworld, numerous excursions, safari trips, diving, horseriding, tennis and more.
Car hire is not absolutely necessary at this location, but it is recommended for even part of your stay to make the most of your holiday in the Algarve – there is so much to see and do.
We can arrange personal airport transfers to the villa and have a car delivered to you there should you wish.

Upon booking, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
A refundable damage deposit of €350 is required and this is payable when the balance of your payment is made. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure, if no damage occurs.
