Casa Katrina is a very homely, welcoming villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the centre of Vilamoura and next to Pinhal Golf Course.
The open plan living accommodation is comfortable and spacious. Both the dining area and the lounge area open out onto the south facing terrace and pool.
There are 3 bedrooms – two ensuite on the first floor and one double on the ground floor. In addition there is a small children’s playroom just off the lounge with a sofa bed which will sleep 2 children.
Outside the pool is surrounded by patio area with borders of mature shrubs and trees. There is also a garden to the rear of the villa.
The whole villa has a very relaxing atmosphere and offers something for the whole family whether you want to laze by the pool, play golf or go to the beach.

Please note, we would not recommend it for older children as the room is accessed through an arch off the dining room and does not have a great deal of privacy.

On your day of arrival, your accommodation will be ready from 3.30 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.
For the comfort of all our guests, we request no smoking in the villa.
Location
From Faro airport, it is approximately a 25 minute drive.
The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac lane very close to Pinhal Golf Course and within a short drive of Vilamoura’s other award winning golf courses.
The centre of Vilamoura, the Marina and the beach are within walking distance (about 20-25 minutes). There are also a few restaurants within closer walking distance.
There are plenty of other activities nearby – sailing, water sports such as water skiing, paragliding, wind surfing, scuba diving, fishing trips, tennis, horse riding and more.
The go-karting track at Almancil is within easy reach too.
Supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and a good selection of restaurants and bars are all available in the centre of Vilamoura and the Marina.

Upon booking, a non-refundable
20% deposit is required. The balance is due 6 weeks prior
to the commencement of your holiday.
A refundable damage
deposit of £200 is required and this is payable when
the balance of your payment is made. This will be returned
to you within 2 weeks of your departure, if no damage occurs.
