This pretty 4 bedroom Portuguese style house is located in a quiet location between Albufeira and Guia.  Albufeira is less than a 10 minute drive and Guia less than five minutes.  It has a good size pool surrounded by a paved area with plenty of space for sun bathing.  There is a shaded barbecue/terrace area ideal for al fresco dining.

The accommodation itself is homely, cool, spacious and well equipped.  It sleeps 10 people. 

Most amenities are within a 10 minute drive or less, including a huge choice of restaurants in Albufeira and Guia, a choice of beautiful beaches; water parks and Algarve Shopping Centre (a big shopping complex with cinemas, food hall and bowling alley).

If you want something more traditional and away from the hustle and bustle, but within easy driving distance of all amenities, then this is a great location for you.

		•	Lounge / Dining Room Comfortably furnished with sofa and chairs, satellite TV, DVD, music system, table and chairs. Patio doors opening out onto terrace/garden/pool area. Wood burning fire place for the winter months of the year.
		•	Kitchen Large fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, hob and oven.  Table and Chairs for 4.
		•	Bedrooms (all Ensuite) 4 double bedrooms, all ensuite.  2 of the bedrooms have an additional single bed.
		•	Bathrooms (5) 4 ensuite with bath/shower, wc, sink and bidet and 1 cloakroom.
		•	Outside Area Large paved areas with borders of shrubs and flowers.  Good sized private pool. Outside shower. Fixed outdoor covered barbecue area. Patio tables and chairs. Sun loungers. Private off road parking.
		•	General Info Cot and high chair provided. Maid service is twice a week. Linen and towels are provided, although guests are asked to bring their own beach/pool towels. Towels are changed twice a week, and linen weekly. Change over day is flexible. On your day of arrival, your accommodation will be ready from 3.30 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.

Location

From Faro Airport, it is approximately a 40 minute drive.

Less than a ten minute drive will bring you to a beautiful part of the coast -Albufeira Old Town and its beaches, and just west of Albufeira, the coast from São Rafael to Galé. Here you will find a mixture of small picturesque coves backed by high cliffs and long sandy stretches of beach safe for children and swimming.  Most of the beaches have sun beds available for hire, and there is a variety of water sports on offer.  All beaches have good restaurants/bars.

For restaurants you have a great choice either in Guia or Albufeira.  Guia, although only small, has more than 40 restaurants to choose from.  It is the capital of Piri Piri chicken – a traditional Portuguese spicy chicken dish.  In between Albufeira and Guia there are a number of typical Portuguese restaurants dotted along the road.  These are only a few minutes in the car. 

For Shopping, “Algarve Shopping” is only 5 minutes away.  This houses a large supermarket, a variety of shops, an 8-screen cinema, a bowling alley and food hall.

Golf courses are plentiful along the Algarve, the nearest being Salgados, which is a 10 minute drive. The 2 new courses at Alcantarilha “Faldo Amendoeira” designed by Nick Faldo and “O’Connor Amendoeira” are about a 15 minute drive as are the 9 hole courses at Balaia and Pinecliffs. Others, such as the 5 award winning courses at Vilamoura and in the opposite direction Vale de Milho, Gramacho and Pinta (near Carvoeiro) are no more than a 30 minute drive.

Many of the Algarve’s attractions are within easy reach – Zoomarine (where you can swim with the dolphins), Water parks, Krazyworld, numerous excursions, safari trips, diving, horseriding, tennis and much more.

Car hire is essential for your stay at this villa.
