This modern 4 bedroom villa is located in a quiet location close to Galé beach and less than 10 minutes in the car from Albufeira.  It is set in its own spacious garden and has a good size private pool.

The accommodation is bright, spacious and well equipped for a self-catering holiday. 

Galé and Lourenço beaches are only a 5 minute walk or so. There is a excellent choice of restaurants, some nice bars and a couple of good supermarkets all within easy walking distance.

		•	Lounge / Dining Room South facing, comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, TV, DVD, music system, table and chairs. Patio doors opening out onto garden/pool area.
		•	Kitchen Large modern fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, hob and oven. Separate utility room housing the washing machine.
		•	Bedrooms (4) Ground Floor 1 double with patio doors leading into the garden. 1st Floor 2 twins with south facing balconies. 1 large twin with en-suite and balcony.
		•	Bathrooms (3) 1 on the ground floor with shower, wc and basin. 1 en-suite on the 1st floor with bath/shower, bidet, wc and basin. Main bathroom on 1st floor with bath/shower, bidet, wc and basin.
		•	Outside Area
			Large garden laid to grass. Good sized private pool with roman steps. Outside shower. Fixed outdoor barbecue area. Patio tables and chairs. Sun loungers. Roof terrace with sea views. Private Parking.
		•	General Info
			Cot and high chair provided. Maid service is twice a week. Linen and towels are provided, although guests are asked to bring their own beach/pool towels. Towels are changed twice a week, and linen weekly. Change over day is flexible. On your day of arrival, your accommodation will be ready from 3.30 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.

Location

From Faro Airport, it is approximately a 40 minute drive.

In the immediate area, there are about 7 beaches. Lourenço and Galé Beaches are the nearest, being approximately a 5 minute walk. Galé is a beautiful long sandy beach stretching a few kilometres and good for swimming – also a fantastic spot to watch the breathtaking sunsets. Lourenço is a big cove with rock pools and rocks to climb over – a favourite with the kids.  Others which are a few minutes in the car include Castelo, Evaristo, Coelho and São Rafael. There are also small coves scattered along this part of the coast, some accessible only on foot.

Within easy walking distance there is a choice of good restaurants and bars.

Just 5-10 minutes by car is the new Marina and Albufeira Old Town.

Golf courses are plentiful along the Algarve, the nearest being Salgados, which is a 5 minute drive. The 2 new courses at Alcantarilha “Faldo Amendoeira” designed by Nick Faldo and “O’Connor Amendoeira” are about a 15 minute drive as are the 9 hole courses at Balaia and Pinecliffs. Others, such as the 5 award winning courses at Vilamoura and in the opposite direction Vale de Milho, Gramacho and Pinta (near Carvoeiro) are no more than a 30 minute drive.

Car hire is not absolutely necessary at this location, but it is recommended to make the most of your holiday in the Algarve – there is so much to see and do.
