The view alone will make you want to return to this villa again and again. Situated high on the hill at Cerro D'Aguia or "Eagle Point", an area also known as "Millionaires' Row", you will have a fantastic outlook from every point of the villa. It is a mixture of modern and traditional combining in a homely atmosphere throughout. It has 6 bedrooms – 3 twins and 1 double in the main house with a further double bedroom and a small bedroom room with a single bed in the separate apartment attached to the villa. There is a sofa bed in the annex lounge sleeping an additional 2 people.

There are terraces all around the villa – some open and some shaded, giving you the choice to soak up the sun or somewhere to cool off or dine al fresco in the shade.
The pool area is particularly private and not overlooked, offering the serious sunbathers the perfect opportunity for an "all over" tan!

Located approximately 2km west of Albufeira Old Town, it is a perfect location for a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle, but having something lively nearby to visit as and when you wish.

		•	Lounge/ Diner The spacious, bright, south facing lounge has full width patio doors leading out onto the terrace with stunning views. Comfortably furnished with 3 sofas and 2 chairs. Satellite TV, DVD and stereo system. Wood burning stove.Split level dining area seating eight with patio doors leading out onto a south-east facing terrace. Galleried reading area.
		•	Large Kitchen The kitchen has all facilities you could need including dishwasher, microwave, American fridge freezer, oven, and hob. Separate Utility Room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
		•	4 Bedrooms 3 Twins and 1 Double with en-suite bathroom.  All have lots of wardrobe space and balconies with views. All twin bedrooms are on the ground floor.  The large double bedroom is on the first floor and has a separate wardrobe area and a big en-suite bathroom with a free standing bath set by the window overlooking the Marina.  There is a separate shower, bidet and wc.  It has a large south-east facing terrace.
		•	3 Bathrooms / 1 Cloakroom Ground Floor – Main Bathroom with bath/shower, sink, wc and bidet. Ground Floor – Shower room with shower, sink, and toilet.  This also has a door leading out to the pool area. 		•	General Info
			Maid service is twice weekly, towels are changed twice a week and linen once a week. Guests are asked to bring their own beach/pool towels.  Change over day is flexible – please enquire. On your day of arrival, your accommodation will be ready from 3.30 pm.  On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.
			For the comfort of all our guests, we request no smoking in the villa.

Location

From Faro Airport, it is approximately a 40 minute drive.

Within a 5 minute drive you will come across some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches.  These include Sao Rafael, Coelha, Castelo, Evaristo and Lourenço, all picturesque sandy coves.  Just beyond this you arrive at Galé, a wonderful long flat expanse of sand safe for children and a great place to watch the breathtaking Algarvean sunsets.  There are a variety of water sports on offer at many of the beaches.

Pateo Village is a few minutes in the car – this is also set on the hill overlooking Albufeira.  There are some good restaurants here and local supermarkets. 

Within a short car journey is the lively Old Town of Albufeira where there are numerous restaurants and bars, live music, shops, banks, post offices, tourist information and most things you need for your holiday in the sun. Nearby you will also find Albufeira's colourful marina which offers a relaxing atmosphere with a few bars and restaurants and entertainment during the summer months.

 “Algarve Shopping” which hosts a very large supermarket, variety of shops and designer clothes shops, 8 screened cinema (most films are in English with Portuguese sub-titles) and a food hall is about a 10 minute drive, as is Guia the “home of Chicken Piri Piri”.  The village boasts more than 40 restaurants and is a must to visit if you like chicken.

Golf courses are plentiful along the Algarve, the nearest being Salgados, which is a 5 minute drive. The 2 new courses at Alcantarilha “Faldo Amendoeira” designed by Nick Faldo and “O’Connor Amendoeira” are about a 15 minute drive as are the 9 hole courses at Balaia and Pinecliffs. Others, such as the 5 award winning courses at Vilamoura and in the opposite direction Vale de Milho, Gramacho and Pinta (near Carvoeiro) are no more than a 30 minute drive.

Many of the Algarve’s attractions are within easy reach – Zoomarine, where you can swim with the dolphins, Water parks, Krazyworld, numerous excursions, safari trips, diving, horseriding, tennis and more.
