This centrally located apartment is ideal for those who do not wish to hire a car and who like to be within easy walking distance of everything.  It is very close to the square at the centre of the Old Town and the main beach of Albufeira and Fisherman’s beach are only a 7 or 8 minute walk away. There is a huge selection of restaurants and bars almost on your doorstep

The apartment is comfortably furnished and fully equipped, offering everything you need for a self-catering holiday in the Algarve. Both the lounge and the bedroom have balconies where you can sit and watch the world go by.

		•	Kitchen The kitchen area is fully equipped including microwave, fridge, washing machine, cooker/hob, iron and ironing board.
		•	Bedroom Double Bedroom leading out onto balcony. Additional sleeping for 2 on sofa bed in the lounge.
		•	Bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and wc.

			On your day of arrival, the apartment will be ready from 2.30 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.

Location

From the airport, it is approximately a 35 minute drive.

It is ideally located for those who don't want to hire a car. Nearly everything is nearby

The centre of the Old Town of Albufeira with its never–ending bars and restaurants, street performers, shops and live music is no more than a 5 minute walk and then a bit further on are the town's wonderful sandy beaches where you can relax on sun beds, participate in the watersports or just enjoy a leisurely stroll, particularly at low tide.

The “Strip” area of Albufeira is about a 20 minute walk. Here you can party until the early hours of the morning in the bars and nightclubs that line the street. In addition, again there is a huge choice of restaurants and a variety of shops. If you don’t fancy walking you can catch the “Shuttle Road Train” just at the top of the road which runs until the early hours of the morning. Alternatively, Albufeira has a local bus network with bus stops not far from the apartment.
