This large 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps up to 6 people is an excellent base for a family holiday. The apartment is well equipped with plenty of room. As soon as you walk into the apartment you are hit with the most spectacular views, day or night, over Albufeira Old Town and the sea. Situated on the well-kept Albufeira Jardim complex, it benefits from all the on-site facilities.

The Lounge, Dining and Kitchen areas are open plan and consist of the following:

Bright Lounge with 2 sofa beds, leading out onto the balcony. For entertainment, TV, DVD and radio are provided

Kitchen/Dining area with all new appliances including washing machine, cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board.

Maid service is once a week. Linen and towels are provided, although guests are asked to bring their own beach/pool towels. Towels and linen are changed weekly.

   
  Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but flexible during quieter times of the year – please enquire.
   
  On your day of arrival, the apartment will be ready from 2.30 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.
   

Location

From the airport, it is approximately a 35 minute drive.

The walk to the old Town of Albufeira with its never–ending bars and restaurants, street performers, shops and live music is about a 15 minute walk (downhill). The town’s wonderful sandy beaches are about the same distance, where you can relax on sunbeds, participate in the watersports or walk along the long, flat, sandy beach.

A little nearer, about a 10 minute walk, there is a small arcade. Here you will find a good supermarket where you can buy everything for your day to day needs; a launderette; an excursion booking agency and an English Restaurant/Bar. Below the restaurant is a small friendly bar, with a big terrace, overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy live music on certain nights of the week. They also have Sky TV and an internet connection. There is no specific closing time, they just stay open until the last customer leaves.

In the opposite direction to the Old Town, you will come across the newly built, very colourful marina, which offers a relaxing atmosphere. There are a few bars, restaurants and shops and in the summer months different kinds of entertainment. This is no more than a 20 minute walk from the apartment.

All in all, the apartment is in a great location and as long as you don’t mind a bit of a walk (uphill on the way back from town), a car is not necessary. You can always get a taxi if you are feeling lazy. However, we do recommend car hire to all our clients as the Algarve is such a beautiful part of the world with many hidden treasures. It's a shame not explore if you can.

Upon booking, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required and this is payable when the balance of your payment is made. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure, if no damage occurs.
