This apartment is on the 3rd (top) floor of a small block in the Old Town of Albufeira.
The fabulous town beach is only a few minutes walk, as is the Town Square. There are restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and mini-markets all within a short stroll.
It has 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a combined lounge/kitchenette and a balcony that surrounds the whole apartment. From one end of this you can just see the ocean and the rest affords views over the Old Town. There are doors accessing the balcony from the lounge and both bedrooms.
It is a perfect location if you prefer not to hire a car and have everything on your doorstep.

Maid service is weekly. Linen and towels are provided, although guests are asked to bring their own beach/pool towels. Towels and linen are changed weekly.

On your day of arrival, the apartment will be ready from 2.30 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.
If guests smoke they are requested to do so on the balcony.
Location
From the airport, it is approximately a 35-40 minute drive.
A car is not necessary – everything is close by.
The Old Town of Albufeira with its cobbled streets offers a never ending choice of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Some bars have live music in the evenings and the Town Square has some interesting and very good street performers.
The town beach is only a few minutes walk and has various water sports on offer, sunbeds for hire and a line of beach front cafes. At low tide you can walk to Fisherman’s beach and beyond.
If you want to go to The “Strip” area of Albufeira then this is an easy ride by bus or by the town’s “Shuttle Road Train”. Here you can party until the early hours of the morning in the bars and nightclubs that line the street. In addition, again there is a huge choice of restaurants and a variety of shops.
If you fancy something a bit quieter then the Marina is within walking distance (about 15 minutes) or you can catch the bus or take a taxi to some of the beautiful beaches just a few kilometres either side of the town.

Upon booking, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
A refundable damage deposit of €100 is required and this is payable when the balance of your payment is made. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure, if no damage occurs.
