This brand new, spacious, 2nd floor, 2 bedroom apartment with sea views is in a lovely location, just a 5 minute walk from the beach at São Rafael. It has been furnished with immaculate taste and is fully equipped with everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. There are air-conditioning/heating units throughout giving it year-round comfort.
There is a huge communal pool and a separate toddler pool. Sun beds are provided on the surrounding pool terrace offering plenty of sunbathing space. The apartment block has a video entry system for your security and lifts for your convenience. The complex also hosts 2 tennis courts available to clients free of charge. Racquets and balls will be found in the apartment.
In addition to the beach at São Rafael there are many other beautiful beaches and coves nearby with stunning cliff top walks. There are several good restaurants and bars within an easy walk of the property. It is ideally located for those who want peace and quiet, but be relatively near to all amenities.

General Info
Maid service is once a week. Linen and towels are provided, although guests are asked to bring their own beach/pool towels. Towels are changed once a week, and linen weekly.
Change over day is flexible – please enquire.
On your day of arrival, your accommodation will be ready from 2.30 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am. However, we do try to accommodate you according to your flight times, so please ask.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Location
From Faro Airport, it is approximately a 40 minute drive.
In the immediate area, there are about 7 beaches. São Rafael is the nearest, being approximately a 5 minute walk. Arrifes and Coelha beaches are also very close. A few minutes drive and you will come to the beautiful coves of Castelo, Evaristo, and Lourenço. Galé, a beautiful long sandy beach stretching a few kilometres is also a few minutes in the car. There are many other coves scattered along this part of the coast, some only accessible by foot.
Within easy walking distance there is a choice of good restaurants and bars.
The new Marina is about a 15-20 minute walk or less than 5 by car – here there are some restaurants, bars, live music and in the summer months live shows – it changes every year. Fishing trips, boat trips, sailing, etc. operate from here.
The Old Town is just a little further on from the Marina where you will find a never ending choice of restaurants, bars, live music, shops and lovely sandy beaches.
There many golf courses within an easy car ride – an example of some 30 minutes or less are:

Even though car hire is not necessary, it is strongly recommended to make the most of your holiday in the Algarve.

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required and this is payable when the balance of your payment is made. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure, if no damage occurs.
